What is theVideoCards?
theVideoCards is a U.S.-based supplier of custom video brochures, video mailers, video boxes, video business cards and video display stands, headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Founded in 2017, we combine print with built-in video screens so businesses can deliver presentations, product launches and sales messages in a format people hold, watch and keep.
Is theVideoCards a manufacturer or a reseller?
We are not a reseller. We are a custom video brochure producer, and our team works hands-on with every order. Each order is designed and specified to the client’s requirements: size, screen, memory, buttons, cover, finish, and packaging. The electronic modules are built by our manufacturing partners. Final production often happens in-house: we assemble video boxes that arrive flat, mount video modules into custom covers, load and program the video, check quality, and kit and package orders for delivery. Nothing we deliver is off-the-shelf, and you work with the same team from quote to delivery.

theVideoCards was founded in 2017 by Martin Purmensky. He began his career in the print industry as a press operator, then earned a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems. He later led the creative department of a resort company and built a photography and video business serving the hospitality industry. theVideoCards brings those disciplines together: print, design, video and technology.

We have supplied video brochures since 2014, first as part of our photography and video business. theVideoCards was established as a dedicated company in 2017.

What makes theVideoCards different from other video brochure companies?
Every product is custom-made, with no fixed catalog limiting the size, screen or configuration. There is no minimum order quantity on most orders, so you can start with a small run. We provide design templates, video optimization and digital proofs, and graphic design is free on orders of 300 or more video brochures. We also offer U.S. fulfillment to individual recipients and white-label production for agencies. You deal with one team from quote to delivery.
Do you sell video brochures wholesale or in bulk?
Yes. We have no minimum order quantity for most orders, and the per-unit price drops substantially as quantity increases. Between 30 and 500 units, the unit price falls by about 50%. Request a quote with your quantity, screen size and cover type for exact pricing.
Do you work with marketing agencies and resellers?
Yes. Agencies, PR firms and resellers make up a large part of our business. All products are white-labeled and carry your client’s branding, never ours. We can also ship directly to your client or to individual recipients.
How do I choose a video brochure company?
Check these before you order:
- Manufacturer or reseller: do you work directly with the team that produces your order?
- Where your order ships from: many video brochure suppliers with U.S. websites ship orders directly from overseas. That can mean customs clearance, tariffs, duties, and international delivery delays on your end. Ask where your package will actually ship from.
- Minimum order quantity: some suppliers require large minimum runs. Make sure you can order the quantity you actually need.
- Screen quality: IPS screens give wider viewing angles than TN screens.
- Memory and battery specs: these should be stated clearly.
- Samples: can you get a sample or proof before production?
- Timeline and delivery: the production schedule should be realistic, and fulfillment or mailing should be available if you need it.
With theVideoCards, you buy from a U.S. company in Orlando, Florida. We handle import logistics, quote in U.S. dollars, ship domestically, and have no minimum order quantity on most orders.
The point about where an order ships from only works for you if your quotes really absorb duties and tariffs. Your pricing FAQ already says bulk shipping is the only cost on top of the quote, which supports it. If tariff surcharges ever appear on invoices, soften “we handle import logistics” or it will contradict what clients see.
How fast can theVideoCards deliver?
Standard production is 4 weeks, depending on the product, quantity, and time of year. Rush production may be available, with a minimum of 2–3 weeks’ lead time, depending on the production schedule.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. We can provide a non-customized sample for review. A custom pre-production sample with your design is also available, and depending on order quantity, 50% or 100% of its cost is credited toward your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees, which are paid by the recipient, and we ask international clients for a Tax ID or VAT number. Our fulfillment service to individual recipients is available for U.S. addresses only.
