A: The price is determined by several key factors: the quantity ordered (bulk discounts apply), the screen size and memory capacity, the chosen cover type (hardcover vs. softcover), any special printing techniques (e.g., Spot UV, foil stamping), additional custom features (like extra buttons, touchscreens, specific battery sizes), and whether fulfillment services are required.
Q: Do you have a standard price list?
A: Yes, we do have a standard price list for common configurations for video brochures, video mailers, video business cards, and video presentation boxes. To quote video boxes, we need to know the size of the box you require as well as the size of the screen. Some project is unique, and pricing is tailored to your specific requirements to ensure you get the best value.
Q: What is typically included in the base unit price?
A: The base unit price generally includes the custom-printed brochure/box, your selected screen size, standard memory capacity (e.g., 128MB or 256MB), a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery, a built-in speaker, and a USB charging cable for basic video playback. For video mailers, it also includes the mailer box and a small USB cable box.
Q: Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
A: Beyond the quoted price, the only additional cost for a standard configuration without any upgrades is the bulk shipping via UPS Ground to your location.

A: Yes, for bulk orders, we typically require an upfront deposit (e.g., 60%) to initiate production. The remaining balance, including final shipping charges, is due upon completion of the order and before shipment.
Q: Is the cost of design services included in the quote?
A: Our quotes typically include basic file preparation for printing and video loading. If you require graphic design, we offer it as an additional service and will be quoted separately based on the scope of work. Graphic design is free for orders of 300 or more video brochures.
