Such is the case for presentation boxes. The presentation box is a luxury solution that will enhance the video brochure delivery, giving the video brochure a high-end upgrade.
A presentation box should not be confused with a video box or a mailer box. A presentation box is simply a luxury box that houses a video brochure.
Often used for luxurious products (cars, properties, or hotels), a presentation box is designed to enhance the user’s experience from the moment they remove it from a protective mailer box. The front of the box is designed to spark the interest of the user, often using special printing techniques we offer. Upon opening, a video brochure is presented, with a company logo or other graphical elements displaying the promoted product. When the brochure is opened, the video starts playing. The whole process, from the opening of the protective mailer box to the opening of the brochure, creates a unique, high-end experience promoting the luxurious nature of the product and the importance of the receiver receiving such a seemingly expensive presentation.

Presentation boxes can be created for brochures of all sizes, from small 7″ x 5″ brochures to large hardcover 9″ x 11.5″.
All presentation boxes are custom printed and designed by the client to enhance the delivery experience.

What box styles are available?
Every presentation box is custom-made. It can be built as a book-style box, a telescope box (a separate lid and base), a gate fold box (two panels that open from the center) or a drawer box (a tray that slides out of a sleeve). The style is chosen to suit your brand, your brochure and the opening experience you want.
What comes inside a Video Presentation Box?
Each box holds a custom-printed video brochure set into a foam insert cut to fit it. The brochure has the screen, speaker and rechargeable battery. A USB charging cable is included with every unit.
Which video brochures can be paired with a presentation box?
Any size. Presentation boxes are usually paired with hardcover video brochures with 4.5″, 5″, 7″ or 10″ IPS screens. Each box is made to the exact size of its brochure.
Can the presentation box and the video brochure be designed as a matching set?
Yes. The box and the brochure are both custom-printed from your artwork, so they work as one branded presentation. We print in full color (CMYK offset), and Pantone color matching is available for an extra fee.
What materials and finishes are available?
Printed boxes come with matte lamination as standard. Gloss is available at no extra charge, and soft-touch lamination, with its velvety, premium feel, is available for an extra fee. Embossing can add texture to logos and key design elements. For a more upscale look, boxes can be wrapped in vegan leather, and wooden presentation boxes are also possible.
What is the purpose of the foam insert?
The foam holds the brochure in place so it is presented cleanly when the box is opened. It also protects the brochure during shipping and handling.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order for Video Presentation Boxes is 30 units.
How is a Video Presentation Box priced?
Pricing is quoted per unit for the brochure and presentation box together. It depends mainly on screen size, box style, materials and quantity, and the per-unit cost drops considerably as quantity goes up. Upgrades such as more memory or special finishes are priced separately. Bulk shipping to your location is quoted in addition to the unit price.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 3–5 weeks, depending on quantity and time of year. Orders of 1,000 units or more may take longer.
Can I get a custom-printed sample before production?
Yes. A custom-printed sample with your design is available to purchase. On production orders of more than 100 units, the sample cost is credited toward your order. A custom sample can take up to 2 weeks to produce.
Do you provide design templates?
Yes. We provide templates for your brochure and screen size, with bleed, safe zones and screen placement marked, so your artwork prints accurately. We accept AI, EPS and high-resolution PDF files. Digital proofs are provided for approval before production.
Can you ship presentation boxes directly to recipients?
Yes. Our fulfillment service covers U.S. addresses and includes address validation, labeling and carrier pickup. Postage is billed at carrier rates.
Can agencies white-label Video Presentation Boxes?
Yes. We offer white-label production with no theVideoCards branding on the packaging or the product, so agencies can present the work as their own.
