At theVideoCards we build video brochures, mailers, and boxes around a wide selection of screen sizes — from a 2.4″ video business card up to a 10.1″ IPS presentation display. That range is deliberate – we can match the screen to your project instead of forcing your project into the one or two sizes a typical supplier keeps in stock.
A bigger screen almost always makes a stronger impression. However, you don’t need to agonize over whether it’s hitting one exact size. In all our years, no client has ever lost a deal because a brochure came with a 4.5″ screen instead of a 5″. Nobody has said, “I’d have worked with them, if only the screen were half an inch bigger.” That’s not how people react to a video brochure — the impact comes from the format itself.
Need something unusual? We also offer atypical sizes like 8″ (4:3) and 9″ that most manufacturers won’t touch. They’re available whenever that specific format matters to a project — just note that low-demand sizes can carry a higher unit price than our commonly stocked screens.
Our largest screen is our 10″ LCD with 1024 x 600 resolution. Available as IPS and TN, they are often used for luxury, high-end product presentations. The IPS version is best for high-end presentations, suitable for example, for wedding photography Video Books, Architectural brochures, or for any other project where the color and viewing angle is important.

From time to time, a 6″ screen size is more affordable than a 7″ display, offering a good alternative to the popular model. They are high quality and may be a good option for a custom-size video brochure where a 7″ does not fit well. We have used a 6″ IPS screen in custom chocolate boxes and several brochures where size was an important aspect.

5” HD Video Brochure is the midpoint between smaller and larger screens. With a high resolution and 5” display, they can be used as a Video Mailer, still fitting into 7” x 5” brochure size, but are also used in larger size brochures. While we offer 5″ screens by default in IPS version, lower quality TN is also available.

4.5” Video Brochure/Video Mailer is replacing the ubiquitous, popular 4.3″ LCD with a double-resolution display. 4.5 screens are available in TN and IPS versions. Often used for mailers, it is typically ordered as a 7” x 5” brochure size.

4.3″ IPS is a proven, budget-friendly panel. Lower resolution than newer models, but IPS keeps color and viewing angles strong — a solid pick when price is the priority. With larger models, or models with higher resolution, this model is not used as in the past, but it still finds its place in our products when the price is lower than for other screen sizes.

What screen sizes do video brochures come in?
theVideoCards offers eleven screen sizes — 2.4″, 3″, 4″, 4.3″, 4.5″, 5″, 6″, 7″, 8″, 9″, and 10.1″. It’s the widest range on the market, from a pocket-size 2.4″ video business card to a 10.1″ IPS presentation display.
What is the largest video brochure screen size?
The largest is the 10.1″ IPS screen at 1024 × 600 resolution (220 × 125 mm active area, 16:9). It’s used for high-end presentations such as wedding video books and architectural brochures, where color and viewing angle matter most.
What is the smallest video brochure screen?
The smallest is the 2.4″ screen (320 × 240, 4:3), used in our video business cards — the most affordable video unit and a popular networking tool.
What screen size should I choose for my video brochure?
Choose the largest screen your budget and printed format allow — a bigger screen makes a stronger impression. Don’t worry about hitting an exact size; buyers respond to the video format itself, not to half-inch differences between screens.
Do larger video brochure screens cost more?
Generally yes — a larger screen raises the unit price. Commonly stocked sizes like 4.5″, 5″, and 7″ offer the best value. Atypical sizes such as 8″ and 9″ are available but can cost more due to lower demand.
What is the difference between IPS and TN video brochure screens?
IPS screens give wider viewing angles and more accurate color, making them the better choice for high-end presentations. TN screens cost less but have narrower viewing angles. Most sizes ship as IPS by default; some are also available in TN.
What aspect ratios do video brochure screens use?
Most sizes are 16:9 widescreen. Two are 4:3 — the 8″ (for projects where that format is required) and the 2.4″ video business card.
Can I order an 8″ or 9″ video brochure?
Yes. We offer 8″ (4:3) and 9″ screens that most manufacturers don’t stock. They suit projects where that specific format matters, though as low-demand sizes they may cost more than standard screens.
Which screen size is best for a video mailer?
4.5″, 5″, and 7″ are the most common mailer sizes, balancing impact, cost, and fit within standard 7″ × 5″ and 8.25″ × 5.75″ formats. For mailed pieces, a hardcover adds protection.
Does screen size affect how long a video can play?
Video length depends on onboard memory, not screen size — memory is matched to your video. Larger screens and longer runtimes draw more power, which is why bigger units use higher-capacity batteries.
Can you make a custom-size video brochure?
Yes. With eleven screen sizes and full custom printing, we match the screen and brochure dimensions to your project rather than forcing your design into a fixed size.
