The most common video mailer is a 7″ x 5″ softcover brochure with a 4″, 4.3″, 4.5″ or 5″ screen, or theVideoCards 5.7″ x 4.1″Video Mailer Box LITE with 4″ screen in a custom printed mailer (15pt cover stock). The mailer is printed on the same paper stock as the brochure and then laminated (matte or gloss), offering low cost and color consistency.
The video brochure is inserted into a standard foam sleeve and then put inside the mailer box. The customer can choose if the mailer should include a USB cable, though our standard delivery includes the cable in a custom printed USB box. For screen sizes up to 5″, the box provides sufficient protection for the Video Brochure during shipment (for shipment of larger screen sizes, we recommend a separate shipping container or a hardcover Video Mailer).
This solution is typically less than eight oz., with shipping starting at $5+ (USPS).
Some of our clients chose to distribute Video Mailers with the larger 6″ or 7″ screens. Such video mailer is typically 8.25 x 5.75 though custom sizes are available according to the client’s requirements.

These presentation boxes are designed to exude sophistication and enhance the overall premium experience. To ensure optimal protection, they come with special die-cut EVA foam mold that snugly fit your video brochures, securing them in place and minimizing the risk of any mishaps.

Available in white, recycled brown, or custom-printed for enhanced branding continuity, perfectly complementing the video brochure design.

For video brochures with a larger 7” screen, we typically recommend a hardcover and/or a corrugated mailer box offering better protection during the shipping and handling process. Corrugated mailer boxes can be delivered white or custom-printed. In most cases, our clients choose custom-printed boxes for continuity and an overall cohesive branding experience.
