Can I get brochures with my own design?

Brochures are designed according to your specifications for each project.  We do maintain an inventory of blank brochures for sale, but our main focus are custom-printed video brochues.  Once you decide to order your brochures, we will send you a template to assist your graphic design team prepare your design.  Alternatively, we offer our in-house graphic design services.

Can I get blank brochures?

Yes, we can supply white brochures, without print, for integration into your packaging.  Visit the Blank Video Brochures page for options.

Can I get a sample?

Yes, you can purchase a sample on this page.  Also, we will refund the price of the sample on your first order.

Can I get only one brochure?

Sorry, our minimum order is 30 brochures.

Can I recharge the brochure?

Absolutely.  A USB cable is provided with the Video Brochure.  This USB cable can be used to charge the brochure’s battery and to update the media content (video and images).

Can I upload a new video?

Yes, with the provided cable, you can upload new video or other media content.

What is the battery life?

Depending on the volume level, the brochures play around 90 minutes on a full charge.

Can you make a custom size Video Brochure?

Absolutely, we can create Video Brochures according to your needs.

What is the difference between softcover and hardcover?

Hardcover is similar to a hardcover book.  Softcover is a 15pt cardstock casing.

What cable do I need?

A USB cable is supplied with each Video Brochure ordered. Typically the cable is either USB to Micro USB, or Mini USB.

How do I upload files to the brochure?

Connect the brochure to your computer with the USB cable provided.   A new drive will appear on your computer.   Drag and drop or copy the files to the Video Brochure drive.

How do I charge the brochure?

Connect the brochure to a USB port on a desktop computer, laptop or any USB charger (charger not provided).

What files do Video Brochures play?

Video Brochures play MP4, AVI, MPEG, MOV, and other common files. Depending on the configuration, they can also play JPEG and MP3.

How long does it take to produce an order of Video Brochures?

Production times vary depending on the quantity ordered and the complexity of the project.  In most cases, the production takes around 20 business days (orders up to 300) or longer for larger quantities (200-1000). For even larger quantities (more than 1000 – depends on the size), production to delivery could take 2 months or so.  There may occasionally be delays due to supply chain difficulties in 2022. Expedited orders are possible with cost considerations.
